Brisvegas “Platters”
This menu is suitable for a casual function where formal seating is not necessary & provides for between 10-15 guests per platter.
- Platters of Cold Appetiser – $30 per platter Kabana, tasty cheeses, dips with chips & crackers.
- Platter of Hot Appetisers – $50 per platter or $15per person for unlimited Spring Rolls, Dim Sims, Meatballs, Calamari & Marinated Chicken pieces all served with delicious dipping sauces.
- Platter of Sushi Rolls – $50 per platter Mixed platter including 10 varieties with vegetarian options available.
Brisvegas “Buffet”
This menu is a sit-down meal suitable for any casual or formal occasion – $25 per person.
